Yoga and Meditation Mondays
Start your week off right with Yoga and Meditation at The Old Bank Vault. Yoga and Meditation at The Old Bank Vault is a session designed to ground and relax you at the start of your week and give you a calm energy for the days to come. There will be a guided meditation to begin, followed by some restorative and harmonising postures and a final yoga nidra style relaxation. Beginners are especially welcome, wear comfortable clothes, and prepare to float home.
Julia has been in love with and practising yoga for 20 years, and teaching in London and internationally for the last five. She trained in both London and Seattle and has run studios in Thailand and Berlin, while also teaching corporate and private classes and retreats. Her regular classes are dynamic and energising, however she also specialises in yoga for stress and fatigue and teaching meditation to beginners. Her focus is on a strong mind and body connection, and on guiding students to feel good through their practice. She's also a headhunter, music junkie and novice trapeze artist.
